Full-Time Personal Lines CSR
Job Description
This role is a management of an established book of business consisting of personal lines . There will be new business sales from upselling/cross selling, leads provided and their own sources.
They would like a minimum of two year’s experience, but they must have experience in order to manage the accounts in that book plus assist in looking after the owner of the company’s personal book when he is on holidays.
They use Power Broker and Compuquote.
Salary can range drastically depending on the amount of experience and the individual’s abilities. They do not offer a benefits package so in lieu of this they offer a new business bonus of 25% of the commission on house leads and 50% of the new business commission that they bring in from their own family and friends. Their own policies gets them a bonus of 100% of the commission (new business and renewals). Holidays would be dependant on the experience of the individual.
