We are looking for a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join our team. The ideal person needs to be motivated, customer focused and professional.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client retention and satisfaction levels
- Work with various insurer portals
- Correspond with underwriters
- Recommend and Advise on coverage
- Review policies and coverage
- Provide claims advice
- Provide support to our team of producers

Qualifications
- RIBO license in good standing
- Minimum two years experience in personal insurance
- Willing to work toward CAIB or CIP
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
