Full-Time PERSONAL LINES CSR

Key responsibilities:
Servicing Personal Lines policies, responding to inbound phone & email inquiries from clients & underwriters
Reviewing/processing new business, policy changes, cancellations,claims, renewals, remarketing, invoicing
New Business Quotes, cross-selling and up-selling
Assisting co-workers in day to day needs of the office
Documenting, recording all conversations with clients and updating system information
Understanding company’s insurance policies, policy wordings, portals and products
Proficient in all product lines including personal lines auto, motorcycle and other recreational vehicles, home, watercraft, personal articles floaters, excess liability policies, travel insurance
Proficient in reading/interpreting reports (MVR, Autoplus, HITS, EZ-ITV, etc.), and questionnaires to determine degree of risk and acceptability of risk, as well as effective use of Compu-Quote/Applied
Maintain strong relationship with customers, underwriters and co-workers
Requirements:
RIBO licensed
2-3 years Insurance Customer Service experience
Organized & Confident with professional customer written and verbal communications
Salary is $45,000-$55,000 depending on experience
