Personal Lines CSR Position

Our client is growing and looking to add to their successful team.

  • RIBO license, minimum 2 – 5 years experience
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Power Broker, CQ, MS Word, MVR, Auto Plus Hits, EZitv and outlook
  • Desires to have a career in the insurance industry
  • Excellent multi tasking skills
  • Possess strong underwriting skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Able to prioritize all tasks at hand
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Warm friendly personality and good telephone manners
  • Able to take the initiative
  • Reliable, team player, punctual, positive attitude, goal oriented, adaptable
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge in both homeowners and automobile policies
  • Counsel clients and guide them through the high risk market with the aim of reinstating their driving record to qualify for the regular market again
  • Process changes, additions, deletions, and cancellations to existing policies holders
  • Handle incoming calls to part of an alpha split
  • Take client’s request for changes to policies and process in a timely manner
  • Prepare letters confirming changes to policies
  • Produce liability cards and Prepare binder letters
