Our client is a well-established brokerage offering a wide variety of products and services.
They are looking for a Personal Lines CSR to join their growing team.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years insurance experience
- RIBO license a must
Job Description:
- Analyzing clients renewals based on risk exposure and making recommendations
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional service to clients and underwriters
- Resolves clients concerns within authority limits
- Provide quotations for personal lines of business
- Issue endorsements
- Upsell and Cross sell personal lines products when required
Skills:
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance and product
- Service-oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients to resolve their issues
- Personal attributes: Self-motivated, and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of (TAM) is an asset
