Our client, an independently owned Brokerage is looking to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager/ CSR to join their team. They are offering a competitive compensation package, benefits, and more!

Responsibilities

• Manage clients accounts assigned to you
• Process certificates, renewals, and endorsements
• Upload New Business and policy changes on company portals
• Pull MVR/Auto Plus/ HITS reports
• Service existing customers with inquiries and changes as required
• Follow ups with clients and insurance companies for required information and documents

Skills

• Valid RIBO license
• 1+ years insurance experience
• Working knowledge of insurance Broker Management System – EPIC an asset
• Working knowledge of insurance company portals
• Working knowledge of Applied Rating
• Strong computer skills & communication skills
