Our client, an established brokerage in Calgary, is seeking an experienced Personal Lines CSR to join their team. This brokerage provides a high-energy, positive office environment with a strong focus on providing all of its employees with hands-on support and the resources they need to be successful. The qualified candidate will have great communication skills as well as experience working in personal lines and handling a book of business.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Provide service to clients.
  • Prepare quotes and sell new policies to maintain new business goals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with insurance professionals.
  • Handle referrals from the commercial lines team.
  • Process changes and issue insurance documents.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Personal Lines experience.
  • Level 1 Insurance License.
  • CAIB or CIP Designation or working towards it would be considered an asset.
  • Must be client focused with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
