PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER
Currently our client has an immediate need for Account Managers (CSR). You will work in a GROWING Personal Lines department and will service current clients with all their insurance needs.
- Servicing a book of personal lines clients
- Providing professional and efficient customer service to all customers
- Advising clients on changes, claims, renewals, and all issues affecting their policies
- Use Insurance Company Portals to process client changes
- Re-marketing policies as required
- Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met.
- Processes call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- RIBO License – A must!!!
- 3-5 years experience working a Personal Lines Insurance role (CSR)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills
