• Review renewal documents
• Report and monitor client claims
• Respond to telephone inquiries and complete endorsements
• Preparation of Renewal binders, endorsements and quotes
• Ensure a high level of service is maintained
• Remarket when necessary
• Cross-sell and up-sell

 Requirements:

• 2 -5 years Personal lines insurance experience
• A Current RIBO License
• Working knowledge Broker Management Software: EPIC (an asset); Word, Excel; as well as web-based applications
• A good understanding of underwriting concepts as it relates to Personal Insurance.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Understanding of company underwriting, and guidelines
