Job Description
- Dedication to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Customer service and support of an existing book of business
- Thorough policy reviews
- Cross sell and up sell of current clients
- Accurate and timely completion of all required assignments
- Ensure accurate risk selection and adhere to underwriting criteria
Qualifications
- I.B.O license required
- 2+ years brokerage experience
- Fully embrace technology
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- College or University degree is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication – with strong telephone skills
