Requirements:

• University degree
• Insurance industry experience with a brokerage preferred
• R.I.B.O licensed
• Working knowledge of The Agency Manager (TAM) system preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
• High performance and high level of productivity
• Team player able to work closely with other team members
• Positive & outgoing attitude
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
• Bilingual in French preferred but not required
• Aviation or Commercial insurance experience is a definite asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Update underwriting information on TAM
• Prepare insurance binders & certificates
• Prepare marketing submissions and client presentations
• Prepare customer invoices & billing material
• Prepare premium financing quotes & contracts
• Issue requests to insurers for policy changes & endorsements
• Process policy changes and renewal updates
• Assist with updating online policy documents on TAM
• Provide support to Account Managers as required
• Collect, prepare, and post outgoing mail
• Reception & Office Administration Back-up
• Prepare quotations and update policy information on Lincq system (insurer EDI processing tool)
