Our client in Oakville is currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager with a minimum of 3 years previous experience.




  • Current RIBO license
  • TAM and CompuQuote
  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Portal Experience
  • Market Experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • 3 years experience as Personal Lines CSR
  • Team player
  • Positive
  • Personable
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Multi-tasker


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests promptly
  • Front line underwriting
  •  Provide premium estimates & provide best “solution” for clients & prospects
  • Complete application process for new clients
  • Remarketing of existing accounts, where necessary
  • Update client files
  • Renewals
  • Endorsements
  • Send all required documentation to clients
  • Cross-selling & up-selling
