Our client is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to become a member of their expanding and extremely successful team!! You will be in charge of upholding a designated book of business and cultivating trusting connections with producers and clients.
- You will be providing clients with comprehensive start to finish support on policy renewals, modifications, requests for certificates, payments, invoicing, claims, and cancellations
- In charge of overseeing a designated book of business and collaborating effectively and competently with clients and producers
- Accountable and driven to meet and exceed business retention goals
- Plan and prepare renewals and remarkets of current business 90 days before the expiration date, or earlier if necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2+ years insurance experience
R.I.B.O designation required; C.A.I.B or CIP would be an asset
Professional level understanding of industry verbiage and coverages
Experience in customer service and/or client relationship management
Attention to detail, time management and a professional demeanor
Experience with EPIC as a broker management system is a bonus
Ability to work as a team to accomplish mutual goals
