Full-Time Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative:
We are looking for a highly personable and knowledgeable individual to provide optimal customer service for the Personal Lines department.
You will:
- Work along side producers to handle/complete requests
- Servicing incoming calls, emails, & faxes and completing client requests (including but not limited to): Policy changes, Quotes, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Rewrites, New policies,
- Policy inquiries Review policies and recommend coverage options Respond to Pathway inquiries
- Follow up on non-renewals and varied terms notices
- Follow up on company inquires
- Handling company request – EZITVs, varied terms, questionnaires
- Uploading and/or forwarding endorsement requests
- Handling quotes for remarkets, non-renewal
- Provide back up for other CSRs, team approach
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- RIBO license in good standing
- 5 years prior personal lines experience required
- CAIB/CIP would be an asset
