Personal Lines Customer Service Representative:
We are looking for a highly personable and knowledgeable individual to provide optimal customer service for the Personal Lines department.
You will:
Work along side producers to handle/complete requests
Servicing incoming calls, emails, & faxes and completing client requests (including but not limited to): Policy changes, Quotes, Cancellations, Reinstatements, Rewrites, New policies,
Policy inquiries Review policies and recommend coverage options Respond to Pathway inquiries
Follow up on non-renewals and varied terms notices
Follow up on company inquires
Handling company request – EZITVs, varied terms, questionnaires
Uploading and/or forwarding endorsement requests
Handling quotes for remarkets, non-renewal
Provide back up for other CSRs, team approach
Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
RIBO license in good standing
5 years prior personal lines experience required
CAIB/CIP would be an asset
