Job Description
Our client is looking to add to their team a Personal Lines CSR. Their corporate culture is about building relationships with insureds and employees, and insurance companies. They run an extensive training program for all new employees to ensure new employees feel as confident as possible in their new role.
CSR – PERSONAL LINES – NORTH YORK, ONTARIO
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service and an excellent customer service experience for insureds
Communicate with insureds via phone and/or email
Complete new business applications, policy changes, review renewals, upsell and cross sell
Build ongoing strong relationships with company underwriters
Provide support and assistance to producers when required
Qualifications:
1+ years experience in a broker environment
RIBO license in good standing
College or university education
Working knowledge of all major markets
Experience using broker systems and Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic
Excellent and strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Enjoy working in a busy environment
