Full-Time Personal/Commercial Lines Broker
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Personal & Commercial Lines Broker to provide exceptional service to their clients.

- Ability to multi-task and follow-up in a timely manner
Key Responsibilities:
- This position requires full knowledge of insurance and all aspects of the Personal & Commercial lines products.
- Servicing an existing book of business in accordance SOP
- Review of new business
- Review of client renewals and possible re-marketing
- Assist producers with inquires
- Update files as required
- Issue registered letters, liability slips, binders & certificates of insurance
- Handle daily phone calls, emails & mail
- Process all assigned work promptly and accurately
- Maintain knowledge of company & industry underwriting policies, procedures and standards
Qualifications:
- RIBO licensed
- Effective Verbal & Written Communication
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, & SharePoint
- Familiar with the EPIC & Rating Services
- Personal & Commercial Lines experience
Compensation:
- Yearly salary plus commissions
