Full-Time P/L ACCOUNT MANAGER – Woodbridge
Job Description

Through their excellent relationships with many carriers, they are able to provide comprehensive business, personal and financial insurance packages at a reasonable cost, continually offering innovative solutions for specific insurance needs.

The successful candidate will:
Design, secure, and deliver the best insurance program and provide professional expertise to clients;
Prepare Submissions, Proposals and Binders;
Prepare documentation such as letters, certificates of insurance as required for our clients, insurers and other parties;
Process endorsement changes and invoice transactions;
Handle routine inquiries and facilitate endorsement requests;
Ensure accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, endorsements, etc.;
Provide internal and external clients with prompt, courteous and professional service;
Various other office duties including, but not limited to, assisting with telephones, mail, filing, etc., as may be required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years Personal Lines experience
RIBO License is required, and other industry qualifications such as CAIB, CIP, etc., would be considered an asset
Skills:
A team player with a strong work ethic
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
A strong attention to detail
Computer knowledge in MS Office products such as Word and Excel, and experience with a Brokerage system ie TAM
