First General Corporate is looking to fill the position of a National Compliance Analyst to enhance our network’s performance and elevate our client service delivery expectations and client experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

Monthly network performance reviews, provide monthly analysis on performance, provide weekly report and trends to Executive Team, follow up on inquiries and escalations, monthly calls with offices….

Competency-Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of the following software applications: Microsoft, Xactware Products, Excel, Dash, Word, Outlook, Symbility….

Education and Experience:

Experience in the restoration industry an asset, or project management, or property adjusting.
