Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inquiries from clients, mailboxes, and resources for partner offices across Canada
• Manage, execute, and report on multiple marketing campaigns for various clientele
• Engage with sales and service teams to gauge ongoing campaigns and feedback
• Prepare, organize, and execute on-site presentations and trade shows, reporting on results
• Work closely with Insurance partners to review performance, execute marketing, and maintain relationships
• Work closely with various types of vendors
• Execute social media calendar and campaigns, providing materials and results
• Set up new groups – create marketing strategy and implement back office admin requirements
• Provide results on group progress to Group Partners
• Work closely with IT Operations and Corporate Marketing Team
• Manage inbound inquiries for insurance sales and service across Ontario

Qualifications

• College diploma or University degree in Business Management and/or Marketing
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in partner marketing
• Previous personal insurance experience is an asset
• Team player who is able to work across multiple teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience with EPIC BMS an asset
