Growing globalization, especially of industrial companies in the early 1970s, led to increasing demand for more flexible products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our Marine Insurance division, based in Mississauga.
YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be a member of the Sales team. Strong communication and relationship building skills along with attention to detail are important skills required for this role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Work alongside the team in the Central region to identify, qualify and close new cargo insurance clients.
Help create presentations for customers
Spot, Flex and Annual Open Cargo Insurance Quotation Preparation
Customer set-up and implementation of new policies and agreements and renewal policies
Analytics Reporting
E-insurance tool set-up & demonstration
Identify Gaps in process workflow and provide solutions.
Work with Sales/Telesales/CCR/CSR’s to ensure proper usage of online quoting tool.
Monitor number of quotes per week/month/year by sales channels and conduct follow up meetings
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
University Degree, College Degree, CRM or CIP (Preferred).
3+ years cargo insurance experience.
Experience in freight forwarding/logistics/transportation (Preferred)
