In this role you will be responsible for managing the operation of a single-line insurance (auto) claims branch. You will manage and monitor claims handling activities, provide direction to frontline employees on complex claims and ensure that claims are investigated and settled in accordance with applicable insurance legislation, programs, policies, procedures, and customer service targets.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity. We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as business or social sciences along with eight years’ experience comprised of 4 years of leadership and 4 years’ experience in claims adjusting. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered.
