Job Description
LIFE LICENSE AND SALES TRAINER – CALGARY AB
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Provide license and sales training to new trainees
- Prepare and train sessions “in the field” with Sales Representatives and Leaders
- Field Train when not conducting training sessions
- Contact and mentor new trainees during their first 13 weeks in the field
- Produce tracking reports when contacting new trainees
- Help the Director to prepare training agendas
- Attend various meetings regarding Licensing and Sales issues
- Perform other tasks as required
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- Active Life Insurance License
- Excellent interpersonal skills/strong team leader
- Consulting skills, including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with trainees, Agents, Leaders and Executives
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Bilingualism is an asset
- Available for travelling within Canada
- Driver’s License and a car
- Relocation package available
