POSITION SUMMARY:

Intermediate to senior level Account Management Professional to join our client’s team.

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing our client’s enterprise wide relationships with assigned insurance company and corporate accounts by leading a strategy that strengthens client relationships, proactively manages service delivery and drives revenue retention and growth across all business lines. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player that has a contagious passion for outstanding customer service. You will work closely with our Client’s management team and front line professionals across Canada when developing Key Account Agreements and pursuing and capturing growth opportunities. This role is ideal for an individual currently in a Claims Supervisory/Management capacity or currently working as an account representative or customer service professional with a firm that serves the insurance claims industry.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an insurance related field
Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales, customer service or account management in the insurance industry
Effective problem solving, consultative selling and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Technical claims handling/adjusting experience would be considered an asset
Strong analytical and planning skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
