|-Assist senior account manager on a designated portfolio of accounts on behalf of a producer
-Develop excellent client relationships to maximize retention
-Develop relationships with company underwriters and claims adjusters
-Continuous Service based on customer needs, advising on insurance matters, assessing needs, exposing gaps in coverage, recommending solutions and answering inquiries
-Renewal review assessments – check for accuracy, adequate coverage, limits, and closing gaps in coverage
-Remarkets as required
-Qualify new customers; prepare quotes, selling new policies
-Stay current on underwriting rules and guidelines
Process changes and issuing documents, Broker MGT system & portals
-Processing daily mail including renewals, endorsements, company memo’s etc.
-Provide claims advise and liaise with company reps as needed to deliver a positive claims experience
