Our client, a thriving family-owned brokerage, is currently looking for an Insurance Processor to join their expanding team of professionals.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and strong customer service while effectively working in a team environment. This person will provide administrative support to a growing team of insurance professionals with the opportunity to advance their career within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle renewals and changes to policies
  • Update client files
  • Perform account transactions including ID cards, proposals, endorsements, certificates, binders, billing, cancellations, renewals,
  • Process endorsements, new business and cancellations
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Assist the sales team with various tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Must be a team player and can work independently
  • Must be able to obtain Level 1 Insurance
  • Current or Past insurance experience in a brokerage, company, or direct writer is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills required
  • Career-driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are required
