Job Description
– Dedication to customer service

– Process changes on company portals
– Manage incoming calls/emails/voicemails for timely customer service.
Qualifications & Skills
– R.I.B.O license required
– CAIB or CIP preferred
– Exceptional organization and time management skills
– Client focused attitude

– Problem solver
– Independent / self-starter
– College or University degree is preferred
– Excellent verbal and written communication – with strong telephone skills
