Personal and Commercial lines Insurance Broker (Work From Home-Above average commission structure)

Looking for a commissioned sales driven producer to join the team at Triple Crown Insurance Brokers in Etobicoke, Ontario. Must be committed to providing Exceptional service and have a very strong belief to provide above and beyond service.

Our insurance broker position requires a sales-oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and generating leads skills. You will be enabled to grow your book of business with above industry standards compensation structure in a technology-oriented environment.

Job Details:

  • Flexibility to work from HOME or office.
  • Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence.
  • Able to identify and solve your clients changing insurance demands.
  • Review quotes and recommend coverage based on individual consumer needs.
  • Process changes in company portals
  • Document all conversations and email
  • Co-ordinate and follow up on client leads.
  • Providing expertise, guidance, and solutions for clients regarding their insurance needs
  • Maintaining excellent retention on existing clients, while driving GWP growth through servicing referrals and incoming leads
  • Collecting the necessary information to provide competitive insurance quotes for customers with varying circumstances for their personal and commercial insurance needs

Qualifications and attributes:

  • RIBO license-Only looking for Ontario Based Brokers
  • Minimum 2 years of brokerage insurance experience is required
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills are extremely important
  • Sales Focused and not shy to go out and create referral partners from various businesses
  • Able to Multitask and generate leads from various sources
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Independent and Ambitious
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer focused
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills  with a friendly demeanor
  • Detail oriented with superb listening skills, to identify customer insurance needs
  • Capacity to work well without supervision
  • Desire to build lasting relationships with clients and insurance company partners
  • Applied Epic software knowledge an asset
