LOCATION:  Vancouver

POSITION Front Office Support, Full Time in Office 

Job Accountabilities:

Are you looking for a new challenge with room to grow?  Are you able to multi-task and support several different areas of the business?  Looking for front office support to greet visitors, organize meeting rooms, handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier, support/back up reception as needed, assist with portal data entry and other duties as required.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 to 3 years in a similar clerical support role preferred
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Superior communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be self-disciplined and able to focus on the task at hand
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow directions
  • Ability to work independently and in office* (in accordance with our Vaccination Policy)

We offer competitive salary, benefits and RSP after 3 months.
Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 pm
