THE OPPORTUNITY
The primary purpose of this position is to act as the voice of the company, and as the key person, who serves, welcomes and directs visitors while contributing to the image and success of the organization.

THE JOB
As the Front Desk Administrator, you will:
• Open and close the office
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Greet and welcome visitors.
• Distribute mail, email, and faxes.
• Send out couriers.
• Maintain office inventory and order supplies for various departments.
• Prepare brochure package
• Scan policy documents and file them.
• Update excel spreadsheet and power-point presentations.
• Prepare packages for shipment.
• Process payment requests.
• Coordinate meetings and events.
• Monitor and record employee attendance.
• Cross-train for other positions within the company.
• Assist co-workers with various administrative duties or other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Post-secondary education in office administration or equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum of 1-year experience in an office environment.

• Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport and projects a professional tone.

• Places primary importance on delivering superior customer service.

• Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust when welcoming visitors.

• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end-user procedures

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to be self-directed, motivated and capable of being focused in many areas

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Agency Manager.

• Working knowledge of other components of Microsoft Office products.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills.

• Enjoys a fast-paced challenging environment.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Punctual and willing to work within a flexible range of hours.

• Ability to work well with others throughout the organization.
