| Our Client, a leading educator within the insurance industry whose vision is to be recognized as a premier provider and authority on professional development within the property & casualty sector has retained our services to source an Examinations Specialist. This role is newly created to leverage their internal growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Institute examinations, including licensing, GIE and CIP examinations
- Develop examination questions and answer points for licensing, GIE and CIP examinations
- Create and maintain exam bank of questions and answer points
- Proofread and edit examinations
- Collaborate with department, curriculum and editorial staff
- Liaise with external exam authors, editors, consultants and translators
- Analyze examinations statistical data for improvements
- Review student answer books for questions construal
- Create exam blueprints as required and adhere to blueprint guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Education or related discipline
- CIP or FCIP designation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal with an eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills, proofreading skills and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with testing and evaluation an asset
