Job Summary:
The Director of Claims is responsible for the strategic management, growth and development of the Claims department nationally.
You bring to the table:
- At least 10 years of progressive Property/Casualty claims experience
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a claims department
- A collaborative management style
- Effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to present information in an organized, logical and effective manner
- Self-motivated
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and confidence in decision making
- University Grad
- CIP
