Who you are:
We are seeking a Dealer Services Representative who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and extremely organized, to join our team. Your focus is on supporting our existing dealer network in the areas of AG and Construction equipment warranties. We require excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to the best in Customer Service. Your primary areas of responsibility include a key role in the preparation and delivery of extended warranty quotes, administration of warranty claims, receiving and responding promptly and courteously to all incoming email and phone inquiries for policy-related information, accessing and supporting the use of our Web Tools and provide administrative support with customer invoicing. You will also assist with the on-boarding of new clients and as the front line supporting our Regional Sales Managers across Canada, a BC Level 1 insurance license, experience within a CRM environment (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and a proficiency with all MS Office 365 products would all be considered significant assets. Also, an ability to speak Bi-lingual (English and French) and a working knowledge of Ag and CE equipment would be considered desirable, but is not mandatory.
