Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative Assistant for their Personal Lines department. In this role you will support the Broker Customer Service Representative in managing a book of business.

What will you do?

·         Assist CSRs with client or company calls, emails, follow up activities, claims, cancellations, billing/underwriting inquiries with carriers, accounts receivables, courier & mail/unrouted attachments and or faxes

·         Renewals: shops, quotes with alternative markets, prepares and processes renewal rewrites

·         Process endorsements

·         Back up of TSR duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1 years of Personal Insurance experience
Valid RIBO license
Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills
Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
