Full-Time Customer Service Rep
Job Description
Our Pacific Place Insurance Services : team is growing and is looking for an Customer Service Representative to focus on Personal lines and Autoplans at our Vancouver office.This is a busy insurance brokerage.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Collect client information, provide quote and write new Personal Lines insurance
- Process Personal Lines renewal
- Follow up with client enquiries, requests, and any outstanding activities in a timely and professional manner
- Support clients with claims process
- Assist others as needed and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years’ personal lines experience
- Insurance Broker Level 1 license required, preference for candidate with Level 2
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Proficient with MS Office
