This position will require strong organizational skills and dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Duties include servicing existing clients (telephone calls, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatement’s, etc.), quoting new & existing clients, up-selling and re marketing of renewals as necessary.

Requirements: RIBO License Community College or University Degree an asset Strong customer service orientation Strong organizations skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written Positive and confident attitude Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients Able to work individually and as part of a team Professional appearance and telephone manners Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); company portals
