Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: Regina, Toronto, London, Winnipeg.
We’re looking for customer service professionals to join our team!

As part of our team, you will respond to insurance benefit telephone inquiries initiated by the customer. You will deliver the highest level of customer service possible, remembering the customer is the centre of everything we do.
This position is a permanent full-time, Monday to Friday role.

Hours of Operation:
Our customer relationship team works a 7.5 hour shift Monday through Friday within our hours of operation of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.

To help you succeed in this role, Canada Life initially provides an extensive six-week training program in addition to a mentorship period that will build your knowledge and skills. - Previous customer service experience is desired.
- You will consent to a criminal background check as well as the government of Canada enhance security screening; the cost will be covered by Canada Life.
