The Team is a provider of life and casualty insurance- looking for a team leader for its insurance firm whose main responsibilities will be to mobilize their customer service representative team and to ensure the achievement of the sales results.
The functions
In collaboration with the Operation Director, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for training new Customer Service Team Members
- Monitoring key KPI’s and overall team volume and performance
- Listening to individual calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Leading performance reviews and monthly one on ones for Service Brokers
- Conducting weekly team meetings
- Creating reports using excel for the Director of operations
- Creating intervention and improvement plans for team members
- Suggesting new procedures/workflows to improve customer service and experience
- Resolving escalations in a timely manner
The qualifications required to be successful
• 2 years of experience in a management position
• RIBO licence
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
• To motivate the CSR team to meet goals and objectives
• Sense of organization
• Ability to handle several tasks at the same time
• Sense of responsibility
• Leadership skills

• Broker Management System is Power Broker at this time – transitioning to EPIC Fall 2022
