Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines Insurance
About the Job…
This position offers a base salary and incentive bonus, commensurate with experience. We are looking for a special individual who can manage the following responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service calls
- Maintain client records; handle renewals, endorsements and claims
- Proactively service: with renewal reviews, account rounding; claims prevention educating
- Deepen client relationship at every touch pointYour Skills…
- Continually develop market, product, client and industry knowledge & expertise
- Minimum 2 years property casualty Insurance experience Required *
- You have a RIBO Licence
- You have working knowledge of insurance Broker Management tools
- You have working knowledge of insurance company portals
- You have working knowledge of various insurance market’s underwriting rules
- You have exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
