CSR – Insurance Broker – Sales and Service – PL – CL

Our team is growing!  We are looking for insurance brokers with minimum 3 years of experience selling and servicing home, auto and general insurance

Here are some of the things our new CSR will be doing and the skills needed to be outstanding at your job:

– Prepare insurance quotes (super fast)

– Ability to close the sale (as your bonus will depend on it)

– Provide current customers with amazing service (always)

– Process endorsements (quickly and accurately)

– Prepare and review policy renewals (find great coverage at great prices)

– Know, understand and be ready to learn some of our current insurance companies’ products, including: Intact, Aviva, RSA, Economical, Travelers, Chieftain, Echelon, Perth, Gore among others.

– Upload policies on company portals – do this with a meaning

– Working knowledge of Compuquote – Applied Rating (black belt level is a plus)ī

– Working knowledge of PowerBroker or another BMS (wizard level is an asset).

– A foreign language might come in handy – mention the level of proficiency

– RIBO designation is a must.  Minimum 3 years experience as an insurance broker.

Compensation: base salary plus bonus
