They are seeking an exceptional individual to join their team in the role of Construction Broker.
You Must:
Have 10 years of experience placing Construction Projects
Be Experienced Working with Developers and Contractors
Be an Expert in Related Coverages:
– Course of Construction/Builder’s Risk
– Delayed Start Up
– Wrap-Up Liability
– Project Professional Liability
Be familiar with Surety, Cargo/Transit and Environmental coverages
Have a strong knowledge of the general operating environment of construction projects, understanding all parties and their relationships.
Must be able to navigate the complex contractual regime that governs project responsibilities and performance.
