Full-Time Commercial Technical Service Rep – Concord

Job Description

Our client is located in the Concord area and presently growing their team.

As a Junior Broker/Technical Service Representative, a typical day might include the following:

Ensuring accurate and timely issuance of client documentation including certificates of insurance, Auto ID cards, policy documents and applications;
Providing support across all business units with respect to issuance and management of client documentation and tasks;
Responding to client requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
Ensuring all client records (policies, correspondence, emails, etc.) are uploaded to our system and shared drives;
Assisting with data entry, keying and updating of policy information as required;
Assisting with administrative tasks for various business units as required.

This job might be right for you if you:

Possess a valid RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) License;
Have a Post Secondary Education or related job experience;
Have previous administrative or insurance brokerage experience (preferred);
Have knowledge TAM or any other BROKER system;
Are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
Thrive on paying attention to details, and work well under the pressure of deadlines and multiple priorities;
Are focused and motivated to execute your responsibilities in an efficient, accurate, complete and timely manner;
Have excellent oral and written communication skills;
Are a driven and enthusiastic learner who’s always looking to improve and develop;
Enjoy collaborating and working closely with teams; and
Are committed to attaining or exceeding client expectations.
