RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Generate automobile pink slips for renewals and endorsements
 Review and accuracy of policy documents prior to the delivery to the client
 Prepare proposals for prospects in collaboration with account executive
 Manage account documentation
 Input claims, and new clients into Agency manager
 Advanced knowledge of excel to create premium comparison & other spreadsheets
 Creating policy binders to send out to clients
 Check policy documents against binders issued
 Assist with processing of mail & endorsements for the team
 Prepare renewal requests to the clients 60 days in advance

REQUIREMENTS:
 Minimum 2 years insurance experience & at least 1 year in Commercial Lines
 University degree preferred
 R.I.B.O license is preferred
 Live within 45 minute commute of office location
 Good interpersonal & communication skills, presentation skills & attention to detail
 Self starter with excellent organizational skills
 Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and TAM
