Customer Experience – Technical Service Representative
CL Support, Processing, Policy and Customer Maintenance
CL Support, Processing, Policy and Customer Maintenance
Duties:
- Process Driver Approvals.
- New Bond applications and Bond renewals.
- Certificate Production.
- Client Portal Maintenance and train and problem-solve as necessary with clients, customer service representatives and producers.
- Assist with renewal and new submissions, proposal preparation for new and renewal business. Review documents for accuracy and thoroughness.
- Assist with fulfilling customer and producer requests for policy information at time of binding and policy maintenance. E.g. Liability slips, certificates.
- Assist with a scanning of policy documents, renewals, endorsements, policy review and deliver to the client.
- Projects – Provide assistance with various on-going and ad-hoc projects.
- Sales & Marketing
- Other Duties as Assigned – As needs arise or as required to support the companies’ essential functions.
Prerequisites
- 1 year experience
- Agency Manger system an asset
- Insurance experience an asset
