The Position: We’re looking for a Commercial Producer who will specialize in our In-House Commercial Programs. The industries we target include:
• Automotive Repair
• Auto Body Shops
• Used Car Dealerships
• Auto Recyclers
• Concrete Industry
• Waste Removal Industry
• Tire Wholesalers
Once the successful candidate is up and running, the role will be an outside sales position. The individual will be responsible for setting their own schedule, developing business to business relationships, meeting with prospects and collecting the appropriate underwriting info, presenting quotations, and being their clients’ insurance specialist.
Our team will provide ample training to the successful candidate including; technical coverage training on our specialized products, underwriting training on assessing appropriate risks, workflow training within our brokerage and any other assistance the individual requires.
All of our Commercial Producers are fully supported by our Program Customer Service Reps. Our model is set to allow the Producer to spend their time meeting with and developing new potential clients and the CSR team to manage the daily administration of the existing clients. We understand that Producers spend most of their time on the road, not in the office, and therefore it is quite difficult to manage the daily handlings of their clients.
