Job Duties:
- Assist Sales Team in Negotiation and Placement of Business
- Review Submissions
- Selective Carrier Placement for Proper Account Coverage and Client Industry
- Review Coverage and Make Suggestions and/or Recommendations for Revisions and Gaps in Coverage
- Maintain Logs of New Business Written, Hit Ratio’s
- Maintain High Quality Relationships with Underwriters
- Analyze Coverage, Wordings and Premiums from Various Insurers
- Organize Reports of Individual Account Finding for Producers
- Aid Commercial Lines Team in Troubleshooting issues with accounts and “Specialty Insurance Needs”
- Prepare Reports and Coverage Summaries as Required
- Visit Client Premises As Required
- Other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned
- 5-10 Years Commercial Lines Experience
- R.I.B.O.
- Proficiency With Tam (The Agency Manager)
- Proficiency with Compu-Quote
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Insurer Portal Use both for Quoting, Wordings and Changes
- Ability to Work Independently
- Client Service Focused
- Excellent verbal and communication Skills
