Commercial Marketer – Niagara Region
Great Organization looking to add a Commercial Marketer to their Team. One of the Largest Independent Brokerages in the Region, they offer a full line of insurance products and they have been serving the community for over 60 years, providing customized solutions and professional advice.
In this Senior role, you will:
Lead the placement of Mid Market to Large and Complex Accounts
Build Strong relationships with the Markets
Mentor Producers
Manage internal/external communication within the commercial department and key players, Underwriters, markets, producers, account managers
Work on Key Projects and Initiatives, Negotiate programs, and explore opportunities for growth within the Department.
You Are:
RIBO Licensed, with 5 years of Commercial Lines Experience – preferably a commercial underwriting position.
CIP or CAIB designation preferred
University Degree in Business or work experience
Have a Valid Drivers license
Strong Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Self-directed and passionate about the business
Strong Interpersonal and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Critical Thinking
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Superior analytical skills and problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, EPIC and Policyworks
Positive attitude and team player
