They are searching for a Commercial Lines Manager based out of their Hamilton office.

Position Overview:

Review Commercial Lines workflows and develop improved processes to drive efficiency gains
Create reporting and performance tracking of service level agreements of support and service team
Manage relationships with Commercial Lines markets to ensure the Brokerage has access to the most competitive products and pricing.
Work with Commercial Lines markets and producers to develop specialized, exclusive programs
Responsible for QA and auditing and training for Commercial Lines
Responsible for development and evolution of Commercial Lines dashboards and reporting to COO
Work with individual branches to drive commercial lines sales and increase customer satisfaction
Support customers and producers with complex claims
