Job Description

Our Newmarket client is growing, and are looking to add a Commercial Lines CSR to their team.

The Role:

Sales and service of new and existing Commercial clients and prospects
Market new and existing business
Keep detailed records of client correspondence
Review renewal applications and process renewal documentation including invoicing & cancellations
Build and cultivate relationships with Commercial clients, Producers and Underwriters
Correspond with insureds to obtain information or inform them of policy status or changes
Review any correspondence pertaining policies and make necessary changes

About You:

RIBO licensed
2 years of commercial lines experience in a brokerage environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize to manage your workload
Proficient on BMS and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
