Job Title
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. This is a contract position for an 18 month term with the opportunity for a permanent position. We prefer a full time candidate but will also consider a part time candidate (i.e. minimum 4 days per week). The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a brokerage setting

Duties and Responsibilities
- Working alongside the commercial accounts manager
- Handling client enquiries in both a friendly and professional manner
- Reviewing policy renewals and endorsements while identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
- Working with underwriters on new business submissions and renewals
- Preparing binders, applications, certificates and proposals
- Processing new policy applications, renewals, endorsements as well as follow ups
Requirements:
- RIBO licensed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Lines CSR
- Applied EPIC and CompuQuote knowledge preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in both Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and follow-up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
- Working efficiently with team members
- Self-motivated
Remote Work – Available
Salary: $40,000 to $60,000
